Refund Policy

  • Digital Content: Due to the digital nature of our course content, all payments made for Course Enrollment are non-refundable once the course has been accessed or the live session has started.
  • Technical Failures / Double Payment: In the event of a duplicate transaction or a technical glitch where the payment is deducted but the course is not assigned to your account, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refund Process: All refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Netbanking) used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Once initiated, the refund amount will typically reflect in your bank account or card statement within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's internal policies.
  • Cancellations: Users may cancel their request for enrollment before the payment is captured. Once the payment is successful and digital access is granted, cancellations are not permitted.
